RFI-01What happens on the call?
Forty-five minutes on a video call with the person who built Submittal Kit. He walks through a package compile on a demo project, or on your own data if you send a BOM ahead, and answers your questions.
RFI-02Is there a free trial?
Better: a refund. Pay at checkout and use everything for 30 days. If it isn't worth it, email [email protected] and we refund every dollar, annual plans included, and you keep every package you built. If it is, your plan keeps running and nothing changes.
RFI-03Where does the $510 come from?
The ROI worksheet opens on one package: 6 hours at $85 an hour, loaded cost. Put in your own and it does the rest.
RFI-04Can I export everything?
Yes. Every package and O&M manual downloads as a bookmarked PDF, each package's source documents export as a ZIP with its BOM, and every log and register exports to Excel.
RFI-05What if Submittal Kit shuts down?
You would hear from me by email well before anything is turned off, and every company gets a full export of its library, packages and logs.
RFI-06How do I cancel?
Manage your billing under Settings > Billing. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The billing guide has the rest.
