As-Built Redlines

Capture the change when it happens, not at closeout.

As-builts usually mean ink on a scan: once the markups are flattened into a PDF, fixing one callout means redoing the sheet. Here a redline stays editable data on top of the source drawings until the moment you build the output.

01 Marks that stay marks

Highlights, boxes, clouds, arrows, text, and stamps, every one a live object you can move or restyle later. The next revision of the as-built starts from the previous one instead of a fresh scan.

02 A field set becomes a starting point

Drop in an already-marked PDF and its marks replay onto your set, fully editable. The app flags what looks like the donor set's old review stamp so it never rides silently into the new issue, and your own company stamp presses onto every page with your name and the date.

03 Issued like everything else

Build the PDF, and if you edit afterward the editor tells you the output is stale so an old file never goes out. Issue it through the normal submittal flow with a cover, a number, and a permanent record, and the O&M manual and turnover package inherit drawings that are actually true.
